University Union reservation forms are now available.  Requests will be accepted beginning April 21, 2008 at 8:00am.

Information about Union facilities can be found under the "Event Planning" menu.  Forms can be found under the "Forms" or "Event Planning" menus.  Completed forms must be submitted in-person at the Student Center Information Desk.  Forms will not be accepted prior to 8:00am on Monday, April 21.  Reservations for the current Student Center will continue through May 18 using the "Forms" link on the right.
