Union Facilities
First Floor
1. There are two conference rooms in the Student Organization Area.  Priority for these rooms will be given to recognized student organizations.  
2. There is an Auditorium with theatre-style seating for up to 300 people.  The Auditorium may also be emptied to create a large, flat space for other types of events.
 
Second Floor
1. There is a private dining room.  It can be used as one large room or divided into two smaller rooms.  In order to access this room(s), all meeting participants must enter through Market Square (dining facility) and pay for meal access. 
2. There is one meeting room with a permanent conference table seating up to 10 people.
 
Third Floor
1. The Horned Frog Grand Ballroom can be used as one large room or up to five separate rooms.  There is no permanent stage in the Ballroom.
2. There is a Governance Chambers that will seat up to 69 people workshop-style.  No food service will be allowed in The Chambers. 
3. There are eight reservable meeting rooms in addition to the Ballroom.
4. There are three meeting rooms with permanent conference tables seating up to 14 people.
