Union Reservations
To make a reservation, please use the new University Union-specific forms below. Reservation requests will only be accepted in-person at the Student Center Information Desk beginning at 8am, Monday April 21. Requests will not be accepted prior to this time.
Important Information:
1. The Union is only reserving space at this time. Requests for A/V and sound equipment will be handled as the building opening approaches.
2. Currently, the Union is taking facility requests based on the number of people that will be in attendance at your event and your desired room set-up. Requests will be matched with an appropriate room by the University Union staff.
3. All organizations, departments, etc. making reservations will be required to complete a Facility Usage Agreement showing an understanding of the new Union facility policies. This form and the new policies will be sent with confirmation of all room requests. Organizations, departments, etc. will only have to complete this agreement form once per year.
4. Online requests will be accepted in the future.
